Fly Tip on Hilliards Road

We have been notified by Tendring District Council that the Hilliards road fly tip has had to be passed over to the Environment Agency due to severity of the tip and quantity of asbestos involved.  There are no time scales available as yet for when it will be cleared. The last instance of a similar severity in Tendring was 4 years ago. TDC think a minimum of 2 weeks is likely but cant commit as the clearance  will be carried out by the EA and their external providers.
