Flowers & Music Weekends

In the early days between 2004 and 2007 the Friends held a series of Flower and Music Festival weekends. Talented musicians and singers entertained with a variety of music through the ages, in an informal setting with people free to move in and around within and outside the church. The progamme for the first event is preserved here.

The weather was perfect, the flowers beautiful, and the music much enjoyed on most relaxing days, with delicious home-made lunch and teas available in the sunshine.

Many thanks to all who helped to make the weekends a success and to those who came to support us. Donations were sent to the Churches Conservation Trust which owns and maintains the church.
