North Falls Consulation

We have received an email from North Falls on the start of their consultation.   See below:

“We are writing to inform you of the start of the statutory consultation for the proposed North Falls Offshore Wind Farm, an equal joint venture between SSE Renewables and RWE. The consultation runs from 16 May to 14 July 2023. We welcome your involvement and feedback.

Consultation purpose - This is our third phase of consultation and its aim is to offer a further chance to review, influence and provide comments on our project proposals, and specifically on our preliminary environmental information report (PEIR). This is a key opportunity for anyone with an interest in the project to influence the details of the application before it is finalised and submitted to the Planning Inspectorate

Consultation details - From the start of the consultation, all documents and materials will be available to view and download from the consultation portal, which can also be accessed from the North Falls website. We will be hosting five in-person events in Essex and two webinars.

Responses can be submitted via a feedback form or the interactive map on the consultation portal; via feedback forms or postcards available at the consultation events; by email, or in writing to FREEPOST North Falls. Any responses related to this consultation should be received by 11.59pm on 14 July 2023.  We look forward to your input."
