Closure of Mistley police station
Essex Police intend to close Mistley Police station from around April 2012 and the "front office" closes to the public from the end of November 2011. Little Bromley Parish Council, along with other councils served by Mistley, have written to Essex Police voicing their concerns and would want to to see Mistley remain open. Little Bromley have invited the police to attend a Parish Council meeting and are currently awaiting a response to this request .
